Our 2024 Gala for Heroes held on March 9 celebrated our mission and everyone who makes it possible. Guests and dogs were dressed to impress! KDKA personality Kym Gable was our gracious emcee, and keynote speaker Brigadier General Maureen Weigl spoke from her heart about the special work of helping our nation’s veterans. There were so many baskets, raffles, trips, and auction items to win. One of the evening’s highlights was a spontaneous push up contest, led by Mrs. US Galaxy Sandahl Taylor! It was a fun night and our biggest fundraiser of the year, raising over $30,000!
